-Pets are allowed at no extra cost! Please pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture including blankets, pillows, sheets, towels, etc. Please clean up pet hair!!

-A violation per day will ensue if their is a lack of transparency regarding pets and unauthorized guests.

-Please wash your dishes.

-Take off shoes before entering The Frida Nest.

-Any used towels or linen, please place in provided basket or end of bed.

-Please use designated towels for makeup removal.

-Please use microwave cover.

-Please communicative about any and all damages.

The space
-The Frida Nest is situated 10 minutes from downtown where you may enjoy various
bars, restaurants, scenic views, entertainment, and shopping centers.

-The unit is conveniently located across from the Historic Tram and Visitors Center.

-EV CHARGING STATIONS are available at The Visitor Center (download Plugshare to keep track of charging station availability and to receive real-time charging updates.

-Enjoy any one of our various pools and spas from 6am-10pm. Cleaned several times a week.

-Updated laundry facilities provided (prepaid card and bluetooth available for live cycle updates).

-You may smoke outside on the patio responsibly and in any open air space.

* Pet friendly space.

*Agreeing to keep your reservation is agreeing to be in adherence.

*There is a NO SMOKING POLICY any violations will be subjected to a minimum of $300.

*No Unauthorized guests or visits unless pre-approved.
Guest access
-You have access to any open parking.

-Gate key available for duration of stay.

-Front door code is given upon reservation.

-Laundry facilities are down the hall (opposite end of parking lot, near Pool #2) open from 6 am-10pm.

-Various Swimming Pools and Jacuzzis are available throughout the complex (separate keys/access not needed)

-Tennis Courts are available throughout the complex, no reservation needed.
Additional notes
*We do accept pets, however, please keep pets off of furniture* this includes sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, etc.

-Pick up after your pet, this includes hair any and all hair.

-Their is a NO SMOKING POLICY any violations will be at a min of $300.

-No Unauthorized guests.

-Leave shoes at the front door.

-Place used towels, blankets, and sheets in the basket provided or end of bed.

-Please clean up sticky messes and USE COASTERS and PLACEMATS for all
beverages and hot plates, especially on wood surfaces.

*Keurig available with coffee pods.



**How to use the TV**

-Point the remote at the censor in order to activate the Roku.

-Sign in with your Netflix or other platform account info. Don’t forget to sign
out before you leave.

-Dumpster is located on the way out (right hand side before the gate).

-Please use designated towels or towelettes to remove makeup (do not use white towels).

Greetings fellow travelers and globe trotters.

-12 hours before your reservation, I will send you a several check-in videos as to how to come in through the security gate, where to park, and how to find the unit.

-I am available to contact throughout your stay should there be any questions or concerns.

-I ask that you be mindful of your neighbors and respectful at all times.
Neighborhood overview
The Frida Nest is surrounded by lush, green grass, at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains, offering gorgeous views year round. Quiet and safe atmosphere offers the perfect opportunity for a brisk walk, bike ride, or jog around the complex. BBQ season is upon us; what a perfect way to spend the afternoon at poolside. Don't forget your sunblock!! Wake up early and hit the ball at our many tennis court options around the complex. There is never a dull moment at The Frida Nest, unless of course you want there to be. A perfect place to hear the wind rustling through the tall trees, people watch as your neighbors come and go, or enjoy a cup of joe and that book you been meaning to read.
Getting around
>As soon as you enter the gate, turn right,

>Drive down and as the street begins to curve to the left,

>Park at the last parking lot on the left hand side (street name: LOS FELICES)
if you see Auburn Cr, you have gone too far!!!

*First come, come first serve parking.

>I recommend to park in front of BUILDING E.

>The condo is located at the end of the parking space!!

>As you exit complex make sure you give the gate ample space as the gate

opens INWARD.
